Study plans

A plan for the time you actually have.

These are review schedules after or alongside approved education. They do not award qualifying hours and do not replace your course provider's requirements.

30 days

Build the map first

60 to 90 minutes on most days

  • Days 1 to 14: work through all 19 subject overviews
  • Days 15 to 22: revisit agency, legal issues, fair housing, finance, commercial, and math
  • Days 23 to 27: mixed practice and glossary recall
  • Days 28 to 30: exam-day review, weak areas, sleep, and logistics
14 days

Prioritize the high-effort subjects

About 2 focused hours a day

  • Days 1 to 7: agency, legal issues, commercial, fair housing, finance, contracts, and math
  • Days 8 to 10: remaining subjects and key terms
  • Days 11 to 12: mixed practice and formula review
  • Days 13 to 14: weak areas and exam-day logistics
7 days

Triage, do not cram everything

Two focused blocks a day

  • Days 1 to 3: agency, legal issues, fair housing, finance, commercial, and math
  • Days 4 to 5: licensing, contracts, valuation, land use, and ownership forms
  • Day 6: mixed practice and missed concepts
  • Day 7: light review and exam-day preparation
Retake

Rebuild from evidence

One weak area and one mixed set per session

  • Write down what felt unfamiliar before memory fades
  • Relearn the underlying rule before taking more questions
  • Track confident wrong answers separately from guesses
  • Book the next attempt when performance is stable, not from frustration
