Does paid app access include the 77-hour qualifying course or state fees?

No. Pass New York is independent exam preparation. The approved qualifying course, school examination, state examination, sponsoring broker, and license application are separate requirements and may have separate costs.

Does paying for the app guarantee that I will pass?

No. No study product can promise a result on the state exam. Pass New York gives you study and practice tools, and it is not an approved qualifying course or an official New York State product.
