Pass New York provides independent educational exam preparation. It is separate from the New York State Department of State, approved qualifying education providers, and professional legal, tax, lending, appraisal, engineering, and inspection services.
Accounts and acceptable use

Purchases
Full access is a one-time $59.99 purchase. It is not a subscription, does not renew automatically, and does not create a recurring charge. The final terms must still explain platform differences, taxes, payment processing, refund procedures, and how app-store purchases are governed.

Licensing rules and curriculum guidance may change. The final terms should explain update practices, maintenance, feature changes, and how material service changes are communicated.
