A salesperson submits an online renewal one week after expiration and receives a confirmation page. A client asks the salesperson to conduct a showing that afternoon.

The salesperson should not perform the showing until the renewal has been reviewed and the license is active.
Why
There is no working grace period, and the Department states that submission confirmation does not itself mean the license has been renewed.
